(Livingston, MT) The 3rdannual Livingston Songwriter Festival will fill the streets of historicdowntown Livingston with music for two full days and three nights in earlyOctober. The festival debuted in 2024 with a single day of music featuringTroubadour songwriters during the day in many locations downtown and two showsof Hit Songwriters in the evening.

Featured Hit songwriterswho will be performing include Gretchen Peters, Matraca Berg, Jim Photoglo,Will Kimbrough, Kim Richey, and Radney Foster. Concerts featuring these writersin various configurations will take place each evening in two different venues.The daytime schedule of Troubadour songwriters includes Abbie Gardner, Goldpine,Jeff Plankenhorn (J Plank), Marcedes Carroll, Erik Stucky, Sarah Pierce, DavidStarr, Eric Ramsey, Susan Gibson, Erik Koskinen, Katrina Cain, Whitney Mongé,Anthony Garcia, and Jackson Emmer.

“The Hit Songwriters areaward winners who’ve written so many songs you’ll know,” said co-producer JohnLowell. “Listening to the stories behind the songs is such a great way toappreciate the songs and where they came from – but spending some time withthese Troubadours is well worth your time, these writers are talented and willdazzle you. This is going to be a great event.”
